They are rude at this location and they messed up 2 of the drinks I ordered and didn’t want to them!
I got a faro boba and it was great! Only recommendation is that you ask for 1/4th the sweetener. It was way too sweet for me.
rude service at garden city location pulled in behind another car waited 8 minutes after they handed the car in front of me their drinks I got to the window and was told they are now closed I asked what time they closed and was told six it literally had just turned six and I had been waiting there for some time. didn't get drinks and don't recommend spending your money here to be treated rudley. boise boba has lost my business and I will tell everyone I know not to waste their money at this business.
Great atmosphere, good service, and amazing boba. The normal boba is the best! The jellys and poppers are great too!
I would encourage all of you to try this place! I taste a new flavor every time and am never disappointed. My favorite is Avocado, which is hard to pull off, but they did an excellent job.
Staff was very friendly and handled the busy line so well. Friendly, fast and cheerful. I ordered Taro with Tapioca Boba and it was very good.
After waiting 25 min for an ice latte with boba, I was informed they no longer had boba but could put the fruit poppers in it, which I said I wasn’t sure if that sounded too good, and the young worker said in a rude tone “well it is good, & it’s not even real coffee” which made it that much more not unappealing, I tried to pick something else from the menu but felt really rushed and stressed & chose to leave empty handed instead. They were terribly rude about it & I left crying.
A cool niche drink place in downtown Boise. You'll probably have to walk a fee blocks or pay a meter for parking, but the staff were nice and friendly, and the prices reasonable.
They were friendly enough but they gave us wrong drinks and handed out one of our drinks to someone else . We didn't bother getting our drinks corrected because it took so long in the first place. One kid was working his tail off while the other two gals were too busy catching up on life events. If they'd have been working instead of visiting I would have cut them some slack .
Can't go wrong with a blended pom pom or lavish.
