The best bagels in Boise are here. That's not saying much, since there aren't exactly a lot of great bagel bakeries, but these bagels are dense and chewy and have that great skin that shows they were properly made. I love that if you come at the end of the day you can get half-priced day-old bagels. I always take whatever they have left. They make sandwiches on their bagels and they always put on lots of toppings. Their veggies are fresh and you have a choice of meats and cheeses. The deli meat tastes like it's Boar's Head or another quality brand rather than some generic packaged stuff. Their coffee is pretty terrible, though. I'd suggest either just getting a soda or going somewhere else if you need caffeine. That said, a bagel with cream cheese is one of the tastiest breakfasts in Boise.

I go in regularly as the bagels are consistently good. Staff is always quick and helpful. Taking home a bag is a great deal too
