I love BR however, especially this location, they consistently get my order wrong. I get that there's a lot of orders but maybe skip a shot of espresso and slow down. Getting orders right is more important than fill all the orders wrong.
I ordered a 16oz hot drink, the barista who too my order was very polite, he was kind and patient.However when I received my drink there was over an inch of foam which would make it a 12oz. I asked the woman who gave me my drink if I could top it off with half n half and she said she had it behind the counter with a confused face- I asked if she could please top it off and make to make it a 16oz drink. She rudely took my drink made a snarky comment including an eye roll. When giving me back she set the drink down firmly with no “thank you” to follow.When a customer orders a 16oz drink- steam for 16oz. You are STEALING when you short a customer by an entire size. And own your mistake. Don’t make a snarky comment because you didn’t complete the drink. I wasn’t rude when asking for half n half- I get it your busy hence why I asked for it to do myself.Unfortunately I won’t be coming go back to this coffee shop.
This place is great! The customer service is excellent, and the drinks are made with care. I never have any complaints about the Broadway location.

cant remember why but for some reason i got free coffee which was awesome, its really good
