The fryer was not working this evening, so I grabbed a $4 Reuben sammy after the gym and went to Sonic for my Onion rings. Overall the reuben was satisfying in flavor but lacked in sz. Worth the $4 W coupon, but at $4.99, there should be better Reuben sammy's in town.
Decent fast food. Mac&cheese was barely over room temp though :(Good service.
Employees are are so kind and helpful. Don't normally see that at fast food establishments.Good food and they are pretty fast! Have never had a bad experience!
Very fast got roast beef sandwiches. They r awesome even reheated in micro for one min. Take out of wrapper. Taste just like u went and bought. Aweso e snacks with horsey of course
The food was cold and sloppily put together. They are always out of turnovers. Don’t know how this location stays in business.
Knew this Arby's is slow but had been craving Arby's and this is the closest location to my job. Went in and saw a big drive thru line. Decided to go In and order to go and relax in their comfortable seats while I waited for my meal. Ordered and 20 minutes later I'm still waiting. Counted 4 people who got their orders before me that arrived after. Finally I hear someone yell that they still needed to fill my order. I finally got my order and left back to work as my lunch hour was nearly over. Get to work and I find out I was given the wrong sandwich. Ordered a chicken bacon and swiss. Got a regular chicken sandwich with no bacon no cheese and some slightly burnt curly fries with a couple crinkle cut fries mixed in. Will not be going there again if I can help it.
Best service I've had at any fast food restaurant in Boise. The manager was really on the ball directing his crew. Food was fast, fresh, and treated great. Dining area and bathrooms were very clean. I'm impressed!!
Great food, great service. I hadn't eaten at Arby's for years when a friend recommended the Gyro. I'm glad he did. He said, "Make sure you get extra sauce for on the sandwich." I did and loved every bite.

Very inconsistent. Sometimes food is straight up cold, soggy and nasty. Depends on who’s working. I underhand it’s fast food, but there’s an expected level of quality that they just don’t meet. Lots of fast options on Milwaukee; unless you’re craving arbys go somewhere else.
