I give three stars for the food being good and the manager. This location seems to be going down hill. Waited for about five minutes just for someone to see us standing in the lobby (five tables and three people at the bar). The manager came out of the kitchen with plates and said, "door", meaning people waiting and none of the workers moved. After she dropped off the plates, she sat us herself. As we waited for our food I noticed a grandma and grandchild come in, waited at the door, longer than they should have. I looked over to the bar and the male bartender was on his cell phone, finally looks up to see the two waiting, looked back at his phone and slowly walked over to seat them. Two gentlemen came in and were sat next to us and had their drinks served and order taken before grandma and child as the bartender who sat (in his area) disappeared, the manager had to go find him. With our waiter we thought it was kind of odd, after we got our food, the next time he comes around he says more as a statement, "you're all good here" and he is keeps walking and not really waiting for a response. Then we really started feeling pushed out, as one of us is still eating, our waiter shows up says, "You're all set. When you're ready to pay I can be your cashier or you can pay on the machine", puts down the check, takes my friends drink that he was still drinking and walks off. Never asks if there's anything else we would like or possibly get dessert. I barely put my food in the box as he reaches to take my plate. We truly believe his shift ended at 7 and he didn't want to have to stay a minute longer.
One of my go to establishments for upscale dinning.The staff has always provided great service even after the 2020 shutdown.If your looking for a good dinner and wine or other spirits this is a place to go!
I had the wonton tacos... oh my God I am addicted. The flavor, texture plus coz I can't eat to much it was a full meal for me. Simply the best. Happy hour so price was great too. Flavor explosion, best thing I've eaten out in like forever. Def recommend trying them!
The quality of their food was ok, but the picture of their food in their menu was different from the food. For my order I expected lots of large shrimps, based ok menu picture, but it only had couple of small ones. The overall taste was ok. Their waiters were kind, but not really good at what their are doing. Their service was not really good, they forgot 3 foods of our table and they did not even apologize.
I love this Applebees!!! The best staff!!! We are always welcomed with smiles. The staff, including management are genuine and real. You don’t feel like you are in an establishment, you feel like you are at a close friend or family members house. Foods great! Service is outstanding. Love and highly recommend!! Sean the server is phenomenal!!! Make sure to sit in his section if you get a chance ?
Forgot our appetizers... and gave us virgin drinks that didn't look like the one they had in the menu... the restaurant was almost empty so we wonder why. Nobody goes out to just get mediocre service. This is why we tip. We still gave the 18% tip but we are not going there again.
Friendly staff. Chicken wonton taco appetizer was good and came before the entree. Chicken, broccoli fettuccine was tasty minus my favorite pasta condiment, crushed red chili. There wasn't even a bottle of hot sauce in the house. Beer was cold but I don't care what John Tapper says ( Bar Rescue ). I love beer slush from a frozen glass
Not happy with how things have changed since the head bartender has been away on medical leave. The fill-ins are rude and some even have the nerve to raise their voices to customers who have spent a lot of money in the establishment even with the On Duty Manager standing there washing dishes that chose to remain silent ? ? Customer Service is the key to your business people! If you can't keep your cool when times get busy and you get behind you should consider a slower paced job!
