We had a lovely time at Anthony's for date night! Our entrees were decent, even though we felt we probably could have gotten better food elsewhere for less expensive. However, the chocolate truffle cake and creme brulee were both absolutely INCREDIBLE. And the MAIN reason it was a 5-star experience was our server, Sherry. She was absolutely top-notch. She knew what she was doing, checked back at the perfect times, knew her wine list & made great recommendations, and overall was just a stellar server.
We have become regulars with Anthonys for obvious reasons. Service and food being the top 2. The Bartender Aubrey is one of the best in the business. She is attentive, friendly and an awsome mixologist. Servers up front are ALL beyond compare. We have had 4 different servers and each one displays their own positive personality with professionalism. The food had always been great. Served hot cooked to your taste and generous. Let's not forget maanagement!!! Steve the manager often roam the flor checking to see that all is good. He even stopped at our table and asked how we were doing and if everything was satisfactory. YES Anthony's is 5 star on our list.
Wait staff outstanding helpful , friendly. Food was over salted, supposed medium done steak was well done. King salmon was raw in the middle .( the size of a half dollar) The sourdough bread was dry, the butter was rock hard. Fish and chips were decent, the seafood pasta was very good. Overall could have done a better job just cooking my own dinner.
Service was awesome. Food was deliciousâfresh and prepared well. It just felt a bit overpriced. Prickly pear cocktail was so good. All that said weâll be back!
I wanted to have fish n chip all day. I decide to make a reservation because I had a feeling the experience would be amazing. I leveled up every course and had one drink that helped me digest the delicious diner I ate. The fish n chips are delicious and their cheesecake was the best dessert! Thank you Anthonyâs! Canât wait to have diner again sometime!
The Choppino was sub-par. The little crab legs had little or no meat. The broth was very salty and tasteless. I left hungry. The oysters were delicious. We asked for more red sauce & horseradish but never received it. The halibut was very good. Drinks were very good.
This place was great! We were skeptical about finding good, fresh seafood in Boise, but this was really special! Plan to go back at least monthly.
The food was excellent and the service was fantastic!
Very nice restaurant. Good parking in underground garage with validation available from the restaurant. Food was excellent and served hot. Wife had waygu sirloin that was as tender and tasty as any filet. I had seafood linguini and it had a varied mix of seafood in the shell and sans shells. Server was very friendly, professional and timely. Our first visit but won't be our last.
We had a wonderful dinner and service was the best we have had in a long time. Highly recommend Anthony's Boise
