I’ve only been a couple times, but the vibe is great. Plenty of seating and a great place to meet. The coffee has been very tasty, but the food has been the best part. Last I had was an apple Brie Turkey sandwich. It was a little soggy on the bottom, but the flavors were amazing! Nothing a napkin can’t fix.
Large space with lots of places and nooks to sit...inside and outside. The matcha was lovely and the cinnamon rolls were massive! Staff was also very friendly.
Great coffee and atmosphere! Got the sun moon latte and it was phenomenal. If you’re in the area definitely check this place out! They also have whole bean coffee that they’ve roasted that you can buy and enjoy at your home. The cinnamon rolls are huge and taste great!
Amazing quality coffee. Best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had in my life. Cool, super comfy atmosphere. The only thing holding Alchemist back from being the absolute best is the lack luster staff. Their demeanor was very disinterested, unenthusiastic, and almost inconvenienced. I’d rather good coffee with outstanding service than outstanding coffee with meh service. Still 5 stars based on product and environment.

I love Alchemist!! The atmosphere is like no other coffee shop in town. It’s cozy and I love meeting everything from clients to friends there! The coffee is delicious and the pastry selection is incredible!!!

Heard about Alchemist - visited On a weekend a.m. ~ coffee... avocado toast ('mash' prepped on site-or outsourced?) had that citric acid taste, though great bread and nice touch w/ toasted sesame sprinkle.Drip Iron roast and mocha, nice. My better half puts it on par with Dawson's-which is her go-to. Drip order was lost (new pot brewing) while the staff were friendly and courteous.Biggest disappointment was plastic wrap on all baked items. Please consider alternate storage/display that doesn't ding your bottom line. It's not sustainable economically, environmentally. Or from a human health perspective. Appreciate your consideration.While I won't buy your baked items until alternate display , I'll come back for coffee. GREAT ambience (27th) & courteous staff. Thanks.
Hit and miss. Sometimes coffee is very good,today the lattes sucked. Not hot, no foam, espresso tasted old. Employees are always busy chatting. Not too worried about speedy service.
