Loud small space. If your looking for a quiet breakfast - don't go here. Service was nonexistent. My father had to flag down someone to fill his coffee cup / twice. He said his corned beef hash was worst he's ever had. I ordered pancakes and they came to the table burnt. And my mother said her iced tea was not good.I wont be going back - nor can I recommend it.

I have a fondness towards this little hidden gem on Boise Avenue. They serve big smiles and great food! I order the Turkey Melt every time. It’s just too good—and I’ve tried making something like that myself and it did NOT go well. Anyway, please come check this place out—if you find yourself hungry for delicious food with an equally delicious mimosa—in the morning or afternoon!

I work in a kitchen myself, I was pretty shocked to see how these guys operate..Common food service knowledge; you don't spray cleaning sprays around food... Yet, while the food is cooking, the employee is standing on the grill next to/above it spraying cleaning products. Watching the spray dripping all around our food... Host delivers the food, thumb in plate and disgusting dirty nails... Common food service knowledge; you wash your hands and clean under your nails. It takes an extra 20 seconds to clean your nails or put on some gloves...It was dead when we walked in.. Regardless, even if you guys were busy, this is just all around unacceptable food safety practice. Absolutely disgusting and unsafe. Your staff needs proper training and management. I will post this review everywhere. Absolutely disgusting.

TL;DR The food was good, the staff was polite, the price was fair. The gravy is quite somethin'... I'm coming back.I usually try something simple when I first go somewhere... If the cheese slice in a pizza place ain't good, how good can the jalapeño popper /pineapple slice they advertise be?So, craving some breakfast food and definitely not in a mood to cook I decided to give Addie's a try and went for the bacon and over mid eggs, and a side half order of biscuits and home made gravy. The food was well prepared, them bacon and eggs were made w care. The biscuit was not dry which i liked... I know the gravy is the star of the show but I like my biscuit being pleasant and this was. The gravy had some richness, but not heavy... It was clinging without being pasty... and was definitely on the peppery side, all things which, IMHO, make a great gravy.Between the food and the attentive and respectful staff I'm off to face my day w a great start. I'm definitely coming back to explore their menu more.

Good food, simple, pleasant

Very cheap menu with a decent variety of breakfast and lunch offerings. Despite what some of the reviews are saying about slow service, I can confirm it's actually quite the opposite. We dined in on a Saturday morning with the restaurant mostly full. The staff were quick to bring us water/coffee and ask for our orders. After we placed our order, the food was brought to our table very quickly. I would recommend the breakfast burrito, it's huge and tastes great. The only thing I didn't really like was the coffee, but I think I typically like the darker/stronger stuff.

Absolutely amazing experience at Addie's! All the staff was so so kind! And the food was delicious! We came for Xmas Eve Breakfast and it did not disappoint. Can't wait to be back.

Very good experience. Went in early on Saturday and was helped by Hayes. Although they were short-staffed, Hayes was very friendly and kept our coffee full. The portion size was phenomenal, and the food was great! Will definitely go again.

Food was good but two biscuits & gravy for $8.50 is steep for Boise. My dish of Corned beef hash was much more reasonable at 9.50.

Great staff. Even greater food. Even greaterer beer! Thank you, Addie's staff!
