Soon as I walked in, the girl (wearing glasses, I think she's of Asian decent) at the counter who was making drinks, I asked her if this was where you pick up orders. Not only did she not answer me at all, but she never even looked up to acknowledge my existence (I was literally standing 3 feet in front of her). Also ordered my drink with light ice, and it was full of ice, so had to have them remake it and that same girl looked a bit annoyed when I asked. Overall not a great experience
The workers are on it with drinks but for food items they seem to not notice if customer ordered food with their drinks (coffee, etc) Two customers had to ask about their food. I ordered only the croissant, not just one but six croissant and was never asked what order was mine as other customers came in and left, if not for me asking to have my order checked on, I would still be waiting.
Your classic Starbucks experience here. Nothing out of the ordinary. Staff was really friendly and quick to get our orders out.
Busy place. Come rarely if I have biz nearby. I was uncomfortable that store was not monitoring clients in line and not following social distancing. ?Waited a long time for simple drink. Stood there patiently while call in orders trumped people that entered and stood in line. Common challenge in stores these days. Oh well, digitally outsmarted again. Do not ask, as the canned answer is "first come, first serve"!Anyway. My drink was made wrong with wrong name. Now that is a mistake I accept. Most stores are training new help...everywhere. I don't know, just something very satisfying about walking into a coffee shop as a human being, connecting, ordering, feeling good about simple conversation and eye contact. Peace out! Be safe!

Three stars because usually orders here are on point and are timely. Today, someone put nasty sweetener in my iced coffee with whole milk. That’s just blasphemy. Plus, we seem to have discovered a whole new way to spell Teresa. ??♂️?
This Starbucks visited is in Waipahu. Great batista here; still social distancing mask restrictions, and no dine in.

Great experience the crew in Waikele was very helpful and found the perfect gift for my friend, and made a great pumpkin spice latte for me. Many Mahalos
