5/14/2022 Walked into Shay's 10 minutes after they opened because we were craving Filipino food. Hubby had heard about this place from his co-workers but we both had never tried before. He had Bicol Express and Lumpias and I wanted to try the Fried Bangus. The guy who took our order was friendly and said it would be a while. Not a problem. We went outside to wait for our takeout order. After about 20 minutes, our food was ready and we were on our way home.It was hubby and my first time trying Bicol Express and Fried Bangus. He liked the Bicol Express and I took a taste. Strong coconut flavor with spices & seasonings and tender pork. He needed a lot of rice to eat this one. He said he liked the taste but later he said that it was a little too much fat for him. I was surprised because he likes roast pork, chicharons, and other fatty foods. When I asked about his lumpia, he said it was just okay. He's eaten lots of lumpias so after he said that I figured I didn't need to try it.I enjoyed my Bangus. The fish was fried perfectly and had lots of flavor. It came loaded on the top with chopped tomatoes and raw onions. I loved it and I hate raw onions but I did eat some with the fish. Yum!I don't think we'll be back because it was pricey-er than I thought it would be for lunch.4 stars because hubby was not impressed with the lumpia, the pork pieces in the Bicol Express, and the amount of food in his order

Thank goodness for takeout! The food is great and hot on delivery! My favorite go to cafe for Filipino cuisine! I tell all my friends.❤️The lechon is fantastic!

I see a lot of investors go into research everyday on what to invest in. I was like that few months back. completely confused and don't know which direction to go in terms of investment. i came across the review online that changed my life. I decided to invest my first $2000 with Mr. Ethan Payne who helped me trade and made a profit of $10,000 Within a few days. from then on, the rest is history. His great skills in Forex and Crypto trading made good profits for so many in their trading account. I was amazed how many Investors wrote good comments about him. I earned a very good profit and made my withdrawal successfully and directly to my bank account. I'm on my third investment with him now and I am very happy to have met Mr. Ethan. I now earn good profits working at home, all thanks to him. I know this is inappropriate but this is my little way of showing gratitude and appreciation to him. The food was naemas, reasonable prices and good service.

We were visiting from the mainland and wanted to try the adobo pizza. We ordered half chicken and half pork adobo. It was hot, but average tasting. Made with a red sauce. Would've been better if made with an adobo sauce? I'm not filipino, but my father in law is. He was not impressed. The unfortunate part was the indifferent service from an older filipina. She was not a smiler nor pleasant, just indifferent. Compared to Julie'z in Kapolei, service and meal was very disappointing. Julie'z was such a positive and thoroughly enjoyable experience. So sorry to have to write this. I prefer giving glowing reviews. Mahalo.

Very good Filipino Homestyle cooking. Small restaurant with quick service. Specialty is Adobo Pizza. Will be eating here again.

The food was alright. Wanted to go there to see what all of the hype was about their pork adobo pizza. Maybe I am just a traditionalist and should just have ordered the staple Filipino food like pancit and sari-sari. One of the must tries, though, is the pork skins. There is nothing like fresh chichirones. That order made me smile.

Amazing pork adobo pizza. Best pizza we have had on the island! Friendly staff.

Service good; however sari sari container smaller than Thelma's and price same..also not enough pork...more vegetables..
