Scoopers has been around for 20 plus years they are known best by their loyal customers in the neighborhood that work at commercial company’s near by. The food great not to salty and great price for the portions they scoop! Living up to their brand. They offer 5 different plates based on the day. I personally love their beef curry on Tuesdays

Scooper's Lunchwagon had been awol for months. Went to the kitchen, closed and Lunchwagon was parked. 😟Today, went to Mililani Tech Park, fronting Oceanic Time Warner Building. To my surprise, Scooper's Lunchwagon was there!!. 😳New owners. Supposed to have the same menu. Same prices. Ono !. 😋
