The workers are nice. I choose to come here for my cofee bcuz of the McDonald's app rewards. I probably come here 5 days a week but I wonder why I get parked 3/5 days. I order the same thing every morning; Just a mocha frappe with a shot of espresso. Its very inconvenient for me especially since all I order is one drink. I go to the stadium McDonald's every Saturday and order food plus this drink and have never been parked. However the workers are nice here and its close to my job, ill continue to come here.
Stopped by to get my morning fix of caffeine. I went through drive thru to get a small mocha frappe. The line as usual was long, but was moving. I visited the Moanalua McDonald's location.The cashier wasn't too friendly, but I wished him a great day anyway!!
It's only because it is convenient.The food could be better, same type of food and the portions get smaller and the price higher.
the only downside is the parking situation when they ask you to wait for your food but I totally understand that they are very busy but my mom struggled with the directions. my fries were also cold but I don't blame them, it was busy and they did the best they could. :)
I am a senior not familiar with my app accessI have a hard time. But every McDonalds cashiers are sooo willing to help me. I am learning a lot. Thank you to all employees. ❣❣❣
Hot fresh McDonald's can't complain
Told them add mac sauce and extra onion to my mcdoubles (which is an extra 1.50 each burger). Suprise suprise there isnt anything on my burgers. These people working here never do their jobs properly.
Ordered fries and mcdoubles w/ no pickles, fast drive thru but order was wrong. Fries were fresh and staff were friendly.
Service were excellent and fast...
Got a 2 cheeseburger meal for less than $8. Ordered plain and got it plain. Great job doing your job.
