The food is good just a little expensive for the minute plate.

Ate 20 mins in MililaniBeef Stew 1 chunk of meat. 1 potato chunkKalua Pig , small scoop & barely warmPig & cabbage , small scoop portionHawn plate okWe were eating here once a month but after bragging to family how good all yr entries are we'll have to rethink.
I might have just made the mistake of getting the squid luau instead of the chicken long rice. The luau was so salty, and tasted really off so I had to throw it away. Maybe next time I'll try something more basic.
Delicious as always. Today was chicken long rice n smoked meat for lunch, very good!
The food is just what you love about perfected food over long time of local service. Hands down and mouth up in the air like u not care.
Laverne's Lunch Wagon is the best lunch wagon on Oahu. They are fast and their customer service is awesome. They are very professional and customer oriented. Their Hawaiian food is so good. Keep it up Laverne's!
LOVE the kalua pork with cabbage and lau lau! Have to try more local dishes! Good mac salad too. YUM to all!
The food is good but the service is bad. Tried to order a pan of long rice for our family party/potluck and was told to leave our email and someone would get back to us through email and take our order. After no email and two days later we called again and was told that we wouldnt be accommodated. That's fine and everything but at least have the decency to let us know as soon as you knew you wouldnt be able to make the order, then at least we could have gone somewhere else. But instead they lead us to believe that it wouldnt be a problem and bonked at the last minute.

We go there every Sunday. They are priced right and the food is tasty and has planty. Worth going to.
