We live in the area and frequent this Jamba location often. Never once have we experienced bad service. The staff is always so cool and make awesome Jamba smoothies. Plus, they got boba! My daughter likes that!
I regularly order a medium peanut butter mood with a whey protein boost for an extra $0.25, which typically upgrades the size to a large because of the whey protein. Today when I received my order, the employee gave me a medium size cup instead or the typical large size. This tells me one of the two outcomes: the employee either did not add the whey protein boost to my order, or the employee decided to fill the medium cup and threw away the extra with asking me if I wanted it or not. Regardless, I'm disappointed with the service. Jamba Juice, you can keep my $0.25 and I'll add an extra 1 star review ?
Acai was not frozen enough. Was like eating soup. Service was good.
Was excited to try the new Impossible sandwhich (vegan patty) and also wanted to see if it was like the Starbucks Impossible Sandwhich. Ordered and was disappointed we got a egg spinach sandwhich thing. Called jamba and told them the order was wrong & the girl answered because new cashier etc. and so come in to get the right order. Sent my aunt in to retrieve the right order and opened the bag when we got home & got the same egg sandwhich. Got home called them and corrected whoever answered at jamba that the Impossible Sandwhich is supposed to have a vegan patty in it and said that they shouldnt say the impossible sandwhich has an egg in it and thats how it comes and also if they dont have the impossible sandwhich they shouldnt say they hv it. Then called the jamba juice in kunia and asked the worker if they hv the impossible sandwhich and he answered yes the sandwhich with the vegan patty. Will be going kunia jamba juice from now on.2 stars for waikele for the right order of jamba juice at least.
As a former employee of Jamba Hawaii, it was kind of disappointing to see the workers here during COVID. Didn’t witness any hand washing, but I did see very poor ethic to properly wash dishes. Glove wearing and switching when moving stations? Not a thing. Maybe one or two workers actually following protocol. I would hate to see what the back of house is like...

I wanted a 4 orange jamba juice but instead it gave me 3 strawberry and mango so i would not recommend to go on this jamba.
New menu hard to read for us old folks
Most of the drinks are way too sweet and could hardly be considered "healthy." The smoothie was so sweet that the taste was unpleasant and made me feel sick. The ingredients weren't blended properly, either. Even my old blender makes smoother drinks. I guess that's what I get for going to a chain store instead of a local juice bar
Love their smoothies specially their acai bowl. The only problem why I didn't give 5 star because of the acai mix, no matter how many time I ask to make it thick it always comes out liquidy. They took to long to prep all the fruits to put on top so by the time it's done your acai bowl is melty. One suggestion don't blend the acai mix till you finish prepping the fruits to put on top.
