Terrible service..walked in n no one acknowledged me what so ever. I stood there smiling but no acknowledgment. I waited patiently until my turn n the young girl cashier proceeded w no enthusiasm to take make my order. I ordered a med fried noodles. Not enough noodles in the pan she yelled to the kitchen “ dad more noodles”; (obviously a family business). I saw that the noodles may take awhile since I could c it being made on the grill. Young girl did not say anything to me like“plz wait, the noodles r cooking”. Pretty much ignored me n more customers came in by then n she began to help them n again w no word to me was spoken. I interjected n told her I’d return for my order. She gave me a nod. Returned 15mins later, no one in the store n I asked if my order was ready. Same girl, she hesitated n realized who I was. She asked me what I ordered n out of frustration I told her my order and I asked, “is my order not ready”..silence..n she proceeded to making my order put it in a bag n off I went. No customer service, no thank for ur patience no nothing. Just my very unpleasant experience w this new ownership( not Sato’s anymore) at one of Oahu’s best fried noodles establishment. Never again. Just say’n.

We tried the bento for the 1st time; giving them 5 stars for the noodles, fried chicken and teriyaki. Yummy, delicious. Also , found the best shortbread cookies.

Love this place service is great too always friendly staff

My daughter bought fried noodles from your shop today. Worst fried noodles I’ve ever had. Dry and tasteless, I had a put some saimin soup on it.

I don't get it. The fried saimin was dry with almost no toppings.

Ever since my two favorite shops with fried noodles (Jurison's and Heights Drive-In) closed, I've been on the hunt to replicate that feeling. Itspredecessor Sato's has been around for like ever, but I've never been in that area early enough to cash in. I swear I've tried going over half a dozen times but they're either closed or all sold out. Hashi's took over that space around March last year (2020) and I've heard good things. Finally, I had to take a mid morning trip to the dump nearby and spontaneously decided to drive by after. As luck would have it, they were open with no line but sold out of everything (more than an hour before closing mind you) with the exception of a large order of fried noodles, some chow fun, a piece of fried chicken and some cone sushi. So I basically took it all.Cone sushi was good as was the fried chicken. The Chow Fun was too salty (too much shoyu - you could literally see the brown streaks in the noodles). The fried noodles while good, didn't quite scratch the itch I had. It was interesting because they added some kind of char siu bits on top, which I've never seen before outside of a manapua. Overall a good experience and I will def be back. Maybe I'll wake up early and brave the line one day, but in no rush at this point.

Fast friendly service

Their food is great. Although, they're known for their fresh dried noodles; they have other great items as well. Such as chicken, hamburger steak, pork chops and bentos. All are freshly made at the restaurant.

good food

On their website hours says open at 6am I drive up to see a sign says 7am to 1pm. Now I gotta sit in my car and wait to pick up a phone order. This is not good. They need to change the times. Miss satos.... please be more consistent.
