Quick and easy service. You order on the screen. Food comes to you via “train.” Minimal contact with servers. Food tastes pretty good too. I would eat here again and recommends this place to others.
The wait is always long. But, to me, this is not a bad sign. It only means that the demand for Genski Sushi is high n that food is great, otherwise why would there be such a long line everyday? So, yes, its a great sushi place. Once you're in, there is no waiting anymore. Food starts rolling out with8n minutes of submitting your orders. I highly recommend this place.
My visitors from Australia enjoyed their early dinner at Genki Sushi. The associates are courteous and friendly. The food was good and reasonably priced. Most of all the place was clean and sanitized. Over all we enjoyed our early light dinner. I bet all others will enjoy it, too. Weekends are long line, so be ready for long wait. Stay safe and enjoy . ?
My boyfriend and I came here because every time we passed one of these restaurants they were always packed. We waited around 30 minutes to get in. The staff was super nice and welcoming. They showed us how to use their tablet and order. We got our first little race car down the track, which was super cute. However, when the food came I noticed it wasn’t covered so anyone before us on the little track could have sneezed or coughed on our food. The first thing we got was salmon nigiri, it was clear it had just come out of the freezer as it was still frozen. The second order of salmon we got had ice on it. Don’t get me wrong the quality of the fish itself was quite nice. The tuna had no fish flavor as it usually does where I’m from. The rolls were very underwhelming, with very little fish, rice, and anything else really that was meant to be in the roll… one of them had sweet and sour sauce which was weird. Pretty much the staff wasn’t the issue the food was. Also, we left still hungry and spending $80.
I've mostly been ordering online ever since they offered that option and the service and speed at which they prepare their food is always fast and efficient. The few times I've dined in, my experience has been the same. For those unaware, this is a conveyer belt type sushi establishment. You can choose the ready made plates or use their tablets to order your own plates.
The sushi was great, the rice was spot on, other than that the fried calamari was over cooked, some food items did not come out so the hostess had to bring out what I was missing, after she did that they sent out what was originally ordered, I was not offered a refill on my drink. The sign out front said 10% off for military, I was not told that it's ONLY Sunday through Friday I was kinda disappointed about that.
..haven't eaten at this location in forever!!!..my daughter and I had to WAIT 40 minutes to be seated at a booth - eventho we requested to sit at the counter.....when we were being seated - it was disappointing to see that the 1st seating section was completely empty!!! ..also there were several booths that were empty in other sections!!! ..SO WHY THE WAIT..?!???..and even after we were done eating and walking out - the restaurant wasn't full at all!!! ..there was alot of people waiting outside still!!!..did have to let the Server know that I didn't get 2 of my orders...and the temperature of the "hot food" could have been hotter!!!..I can't say I "dislike" Genki because I LIKE SUSHI!!! ..so that's why I gave 3 stars...
As always awesome sushi and friendly servers.Worth the wait.
Has to be one of my favorite places to eat. Get there whenever I can. They do a good job making sure everyone is safe with checking temps and vaccination cards. Staff always friendly. Food, always good.
I was pleasantly surprised by Genki, expecting conveyor belt sushi but on par with some nicer restaurants. The ika sushi was really nice with some spice. I usually hate natto but this one was palatable! I’ll be back thank you ?
