I was fine with the waitress making and giving my daughter, client, and I food but they took half an hour to give it. She gave all our plates but she didn’t bring this one dish I ordered. She gave it after we mostly ate all of our dishes. My daughter asked her politely to refill her drink. When we were about to go I asked for a take-home cup so my daughter could put her drink into it. We waited 25 minutes and she still hasn’t gave it. So we left. We are never going to the Chili’s in Waikele!
Came here because Kunio had an hour wait. We got sat at Chili's immediately, though. (Should have realized why at that point) Sorry to say this place was dirty, smelly, food was messy and gross, and service was extremely slow. Drinks were forgotten, and we never saw our server because they were chatting at the bar all evening. Two stars because I guess it could have been worse. It was painful to pay the check when nobody at my table liked their food and we barely finished half of our meals. Will not return.
Wow. I'm not sure what's going on here but I would bet money that either (a) this place closes in the next 12-18 months or (b) there is going to be a major overhaul with their staff and the manager is going to be fired. This used to be one of my default go-to spots for a simple dinner that made it easy for parents.Service was terrible, our order was wrong and it took them multiple tries to get it right, the bathroom was so disgusting I won't enter it again. There were 4 people servicing out side of the restaurant for a total of 7 groups of people and they would disappear for huge periods of time.Came back a 2nd time recently and did take-out because we didn't want to deal with the issues mentioned above. Our order was wrong. All of it. Missing parts of the order, dipping sauces were wrong, chicken was pink on the inside. Shame on us for not checking until we got home bc it's 40 minutes round trip and I'm not going back again that night so we made do with stuff from our fridge.I think I'm going to try the Kapolei location from now on because this one has become a dump.

It's like every other Chili's in the nation. Food was served quickly and tasted fine. The fried pickles were yummy and the chips and salsa were the highlight of the meal (I love salsa). No complaints.

Place was as you would expect for a Chili's. The service was outstanding. That is what made our day. The waitress was helpful. We asked her questions, she gave us answers and we took her advice. Definitely will frequent this place.
Celebrated my oldest sons birthday. Didnt accept reservations only walk in but we were a party of 14 and they were accommodating. They do check for vaccination cards and ID to match. We waited for a good 5-10 minutes before someone acknowledged us at the entryway finally. The food was great. The even bought out a chocolate cake and sang happy birthday. Anyways we had a good time.
I'm writing this review while waiting for our drinks. So far the waitress has been mediocre at best. When she says that she will give us a moment to look over the menus it never dawned on us that she meant a whole 20 minutes. Also it is annoying that they check your covid vaccine card then proceed to sit everyone in a small section especially since they are a lot of empty booths. OK so the party that arrived a good ten minutes after us received their drinks first. It may seem that I am being a little harsh, I understand that everyone has a off day. However based on the experience so far two stars are all I'm willing to give.
