The prices on their website menus are incorrect and probably from a few years ago, so when I ordered by phone the total cost was about double of what I expected. The oxtail soup went from $14 to over $23 so I was quite surprised when my order for three people was over $60 when I was expecting it to be less than $30.The food was okay, (nothing special), and the main thing that I wanted to order was not available.
Meats are cooked great, but the times I've been the rice was super mushy. Use a little less water when cooking the rice please.

100 stars **** for the hamburger steak, it taste great, soft tender, tasty, juicy. In my opinion.. This is the best hamburger steak I ate on maui, compared to other places I tried. Owner is very respectful and has a great sense of humor.

Small out of the way local spot, got a cheese burger dlx and hamburger steak plate...both are great choices and each will handle hardiest appetite.Have your Aloha handy as this seems to be a one man operation, keep your mainland attitude/expectations in check IF you tend to be impatient; the good is RIGHTEOUS local fare.
Ono the food gotta wait but worth it..one man crew. I don't know his name but he makes good food and the portions are good too..ate there a couple of times and will be back again
