This location needs to work on their customer service. First of all, girl at the window (w/ the long white nails & tattoos on her hands) had her phone out & was engaging in a personal conversation w/ her coworker (Boy w/ the hawaiian flag mask) who also did not bother to stop the conversation while we waited at the window to pay. After what seemed like forever, she finally acknowledged us w/ no sense of urgency. She probably wouldn't even have known if we drove right pass her to the next window. I later tried to call & speak to the manager who sounded like she hates her job & taking my call was inconvenient. Customer service is key people!!!! Learn it!!
They need to open part of the dining area. I seen customers eating in the parking lot
Girl at the drive through lied about not being able to do an item on my order, wasn't out it was impossible to make (Decaf iced coffee). Got defensive when I insisted otherwise. I ordered it before at this and other locations many times...so I walked in instead to order and got it just fine?
