"Downtempo" is the word that comes to mind to describe the Coffee Attic... The live music is always a nice touch, and their Sea Salt Caramel Latte is one of my favorite coffee treats on island. Very grateful for the wonderful crew who powers this place! ??✨
Great local breakfast spot with a lot of personality! They have live jazz music in the morning on some days too! The food was great as well. Plenty of outdoor seating and parking. The owners are very polite and have great suggestions. Worth a try.
Great little (all day) breakfast spot. I came twice and had the same both times since it was so good: southwestern sandwich with eggs and a delicious cold brew coffee.Staff is really friendly and there was live music at the patio both times I came.
Best coffee shop on the island! It’s a cute little mom and pop coffee shop. This place is super underrated. Some of my favorites at the coffee attic is their rum cake, lilikoi (passionfruit) pie, the frosty strawberry lemonade with li Hing mui, the avocado toast with bacon, and the strongest Thai iced coffee on the island. The Thai iced coffee is what got me through all my college years. They put coffee ice cubes in the Thai iced tea so it doesn’t get watered down as well. It’s the little details like that which makes this place the best. The owners and the workers are very down to earth. The coffee shop has a comfy, cozy, chill vibe. They also host little gigs here and there so you can enjoy your coffee and snack with some music. Never disappointed whenever I stop by.
They had awesome Hawaiian music, hula. Wonderful time and the food is soon ono.
Coffee and vibe was great but the guy at the counter needs to keep comments to himself. Saying my daughter has a Boy's name but he has a girl bracelet on. It's okay to be nice to kids by just saying hi. No need to go back here again. Kraken coffee better anyway.
A wonderful coffee shop / live music venue! I love the various latte flavors and the regular coffee. They feature homemade pastries and breads from locals (highly recommend the banana pineapple loaf). The service is superb!
My family and I were in Maui for vacation and stayed at a hostel down the road from Maui Coffee Attic. Our first morning we stopped in and found the coffee to be some of the best we've ever had. Over our 10 day visit we stopped in for coffee most mornings and found the staff to he friendly and engaging. By the end of our visit, they recognized us! Love that personal connection. Came home with t-shirts and a hat from Maui Coffee Attic and wish we'd purchased one more hat! (P.S. If they have the ginger honey scones, go for it. Amazing.)

A little on the sweet side but this super cute cafe has delicious bakery bites and good coffee (if you want it a bit more coffee ask for 1/2 the flavor). Super cute cat that roams around and wants a pat. Music acts regularly scheduled. As of Nov 2021 no inside seating
