Yesterday, they were CLOSED in the middle of the day, NO CAN these workers, they shut down when it gets overwhelming, it's a business!! You can't be shutting doors when things get complicated, then find another job, some are rude, NO Customer Service At All!! I'm an expert in that category, I Teach You!! I give these guys A NEGATIVE -5 NO STAR
Y’all need more workers, I waited for 45 minutesJust to get my food, but when I came to the window all they hand me first was the drinks, another 5 minutes was the fries, another 10 minutes was the burgers, hire more people, last night I only saw 2 female workers, and 1 male worker doing the burgersSheesh worse den McDonald’s. I no can wait for 45 minutes just to get burgers.

It's good for a once in a while quick bite. The chocolate shakes are awesome tho-whipped cream and a cherry on top!!! Only complaint- they (like so many other places) have shut down their public bathrooms d/t COVID(da vid) I'm a 56 ur. Old mother of 3 and when I gotta go I gotta go so I did when they weren't looking and I got scoldings! My reply was, "would u rather have had me squat in da parking lot!?!?!" LOL ? shoulda seen their faces
Egg rolls ? tiny ?! Been putting up with drive through repairs but the foods bomb and so is the customer service.
Don't get in this drive-thru line if you are on your way to the airport. Had time to grab food before our flight, but got stuck in the drive-thru line for HALF AN HOUR. Extremely slow service for a drive-thru.
I would say you know Jack in the box is pretty good but they don't have any place for sit down and I don't know it's not a very good family atmosphere I think they should work on that and and maybe have better deals you know hard times for people it would be good if Jack in the box would make some really good specials but I really like the you know the hamburgers they make the cheeseburger like that so that's what I wanted to say

The assignment was to get a late night meal to sober up and Jack in the Box understands the assignment every time. Its one of the few places on the island open late night and they have everything (egg rolls, salad, burgers, etc.). Its almost impossible to try everything on the menu. The workers are also nice and patient. Definitely recommend.
