Found Hula Cookie when we departed on a snorkeling tour and basically declared this as a must when we returned. So glad we did too! The staff, service and shop were excellent. The menu is an ice cream and cookie lovers dream. My husband and I were easily able to share one ice cream cookie sandwich. We ordered one of the signature creations, and we were not disappointed. Two warm cookies sandwiched between premium ice cream, you just can't go wrong. Now, I am not sure this is a non-dairy friendly establishment, but they do also serve shaved ice and espresso items as well. Overall, just make sure to stop here if your Hawaiian journey brings you through Maalaea.

Best service I've had on the island for anything. Danny made some scary good shave ice and added in a little show with it for my boys. They're just good people here. Worth a stop even if you're not going to the harbor for anything else.

Had a shave ice with ice cream and two cookies. Prices were not bad, but we only enjoyed one of the two cookies and the syrup only covered about half of the ice. Also the guy serving was not wearing a mask.
When I take my family to a place like this, I can't get just one thing. The shaved ice is very reasonably priced and excellent quality (including the straw holes to make sure the syrup gets to the bottom). The cookies and ice cream cone in a variety of fun, local flavors. This was the best sweet stop of our trip.
Park in the same parking lot as the ocean center ... It's on the same level as the parking, in that little mall adjacent to the center. This place is amazing! So many delectable flavors of ice cream, fresh soft cookies, and many more sweet options! We had friendly prompt service, and our cookies and ice cream were just out of this world. In addition to satisfying your immediate sweet tooth, there are loads of tasty packaged sweets that you can take home to friends and family. As a *special bonus*, if you have a craving during hours that they are closed, they actually have a vending machine that dolls out their best frozen combos of cookie-disked ice cream sandwiches.
