As always busy. Don't go as often since having my account hacked twice. But when I do make it they never disappoint
This has got to be the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to…all three employees had to be new..noone with experience working..one person making drinks while other two watch..what is going on?!? 20min wait after I ordered. Come on Starbucks, do better.
20 minutes to make an iced latte. There was not a rush. They forgot to write a cup. 10 minutes in we reminded them, they apologized and it still took 10 more minutes for the iced latte.
Store closes at 5pm. Was refused service at 4:13pm by a very rude employee after I traveled all day and 2 airplanes. Thanks for nothing!
They had 1 single barista working the morning rush. Took me almost 30 minutes to get my drink

It was happy hour and it was supposed to be buy 1 get one free and they didn’t follow that. I ended paying 11$!! Wouldn’t try to do deals there I’d recommend the one in kukui grove or any other one. AND THERE WAS A FLY WHERE THEY DISPLAY THE FOOD!!

Very dirty must be 1/4 " dust on the shelf behind the back counter. Service is ultra slow people leave all the time as the line moves so slow even with 3 people in line it can take up to 15 min just have your order taken then when the order is taken the price is always different I order the same drink every Saturday after shopping and the price varies from$4.82 to 6.44 for the same order with no explanation why.the staff has an I get paid whether anyone orders or not. Store should be closed will not come back. Would give negative stars if I could
