Food was ok we were the last ones they said they will serve as it seemed they would close soon so we had to eat outside. Not many places to eat in the airport so you would better eat before flying.
Typical overpriced airport food. Way too many bugs are flying around. The servers encourage mobile (which is convenient). However, what they don't tell you is that restaurant is in a dead zone, and the app times out, which resulted in me being charged twice. Only to be told, “one charge will fall off.” $60 for a $24 dollar meal that was worth $10.
I never leave reviews on restaurants but I’m telling you- just avoid this place. They have a small menu and you can’t order 50% of it because they don’t have it. Our waitress was clueless and completely no help. We wanted to order a chicken Caesar salad but they didn’t have chicken and still wanted to charge full price without offering to replace the chicken with something else. The boneless wings are cheap , generic chicken nuggets that are microwaved , also they don’t have Buffalo sauce even though their menu says they do. Forget getting a water but you can buy a bottle of water. Make sure you eat before coming to the airport!
Here's a menu, but we don't have half of what's on it, we'll give you 10 minutes between rejections of your order to come up with your new request that we probably won't have either. I asked for a double Macallan. (It's on their menu) the bartender snidely yells to the server, "we don't have Macallan" really? It's on the menu. Yeah those are really old. I'd bout rather die of famine than stop there again. Go elsewhere!!!!!!!
Waitress was very nice, however not one vegan or vegetarian option, not even a green salad! How about a veggie patty for the burger or something...sheesh
We decided to go here because we wanted to watch the PGA tournament and have a cocktail before boarding our flight. Our waitress got to us a bit late, but it was crowded. We she finally made it to us, she asked what we wanted. I asked if she could change a TV where we were seated as all channels were on a ballgame. She says it would be a bit cause she was the one that could do it. I tried to confirm she could before we ordered. She didn't seem to like that - she shrugged and turned to another table. Made us wait for 10+ minutes before returning. We told her we wanted to order but wanted to see how long it would be before she changed the channel. And I wanted to ask if changing the channel would change all TVs, because if so I was going to say don't bother. I couldn't even get the question out for her cutting me off. The only response to changing the channel was "It would be a while" she responded. My husband asked "an hour, two hours?". She said 30 minutes maybe. So my husband and I looked at each other with uncertainty. But as i was about to order, I guess she was flustered with us, so she walked away again. That was it for us. We got up to leave, I patted her on the back to say "you got your wish, we're leaving". She didn't even acknowledge me. I didn't get her name but I wish I would have. If the manager knew how poorly we were treated, I would like to think she'd be fired. But with staff shortages everywhere, probably not. We were there May 21, around 11:00 am. I know Hawaiians are not this rude so that sure was disappointing ?
It cost me 24$+tip for a single cocktail. This is after they claimed that the 2nd shot was half off. I know HI is not cheap but this was a rip off plain and simple. I could have had 2 maybe 3 drinks at a decent restaurant for almost $30.
The food was adequate, not good or bad. Our server seemed new but was also adequate. It was VERY cold in the restaurant though.
Avoid this place. Waitress ran my tab on THREE separate checks. Had to stop by debit card in the airport. Wish I could give zero stars. Write VOID on your extra tabs if you have to go here
This place gets 2 stars instead of 1 because the waitress was nice. We asked for water and were told they don’t do water cups but we could purchase bottled water. The food came out fast, but that is most likely because it’s microwaved. The boneless wings were just chicken nuggets and had hardly any Buffalo sauce on them. The fries were room temp and not salted. Paid $5 for a sprite and never got a refill. Just eat somewhere before coming to the airport
