Worn out bldg. Good food. Difficult in easy out.
They close the public bathrooms hours before the restaurant closes... why?... Covid... Okay sure.
Busy and nice place. We order and take away, it took a while to wait.
Great drive-thru staff, and consistently perfect oatmeal (not soupy like it sometimes can be at McDonald's). Thanks for a perfect breakfast ever day!

Went there for breakfast. No hash browns. Rice instead. Ok, this is Hawaii. But the restrooms are locked. You have to get staff to unlock them. One person allowed in at a time and then there must be a 5 minute wait before anyone else can use the facility. True over reaction.
The drive thru line is always long and takes forever and can't even drive in to park to go inside because the drive thru line is backed up on to the high way. Half of the reason is because customers are to lazy to park and walk in so they sit in the drive thru lane n block the entrance.
We waited 20 mins at the drive thru just to pick up our mobile order. Take notes we click the button "already here" on the app when we were 2mins away from mcdonald. But when it was our turn to order i told her my online order code 3 times in the speaker but she keep saying it's not a valid code so i ask her if i could come up and show my recites and my code and i did nicely but she keep saying it aint a valid code so i told her to try my other transactions and she keep saying the same thing thats it not valid. Until few min she finally got my other order and told her to try my other code for my other order but once again she keep saying its not valid and walk out on us. I drive up and wanted to talk to the other employes but there she goes again comes up and do nothing! I already had enough and didn't want to hold the drive thru line so i ask her if i could cancel it so i did but when we got home we saw our mobile bank that it took out. I never really got any trouble with mobile order until now and it was the worst experience i dont know if she's a manager or what but she's very unprofessional walking out while we were still figuring out what to do cause i showed her everything that need to be seen.. it would've been more professional if she help us and gave us an option what to do with the mobile and she could'ven been more polite talking to us.. i believe her name marjorie aranda 12/19/21 8-836 pm
Worst experience in a McDonald's ever. They got both our orders completely wrong and then refuse to do anything about it. Told us to just take our food and go sit down.
