We ordered two cakes and one cheesecake from KO Bakery for our wedding day. Morris was amazing, letting us order our cakes well in advance of our wedding. The bakery was also extremely kind in helping recommend popular flavors as well as flavors that might suit our tastes. All three cakes were delicious, but the cheesecake was hands down the best out. My husband is a picky eater that enjoys plain things, so we ordered the simple vanilla cheesecake. This cheesecake was so tasty and I was in shock as I wanted to order one with toppings. The cheesecake was the first to be eaten with it's soft, creamy texture. The Tropical Dream cake was also fresh and the Caramel Chocolate cake was decadent. We would order from them again!
Soooo amazing! We felt like we found the locals hidden gem as it is in an industrial area!! Warm, gooey cinnamon roll and the Nutella Kool blend frap was one of the best we’ve ever tasted!!! Delightful!
We were visiting for 10days from Minnesota. Needed a cake for our sons 4th birthday. I was super nervous because of the price and hoping it would feed 18 people.. if not more. The saying “you get what you pay for” is definitely the right expression to use for this cake. We got the Hawaiian strawberry and every person loved it and we have left overs! My son ate it like crazy, the cake was moist and the frosting wasn’t super sweet. I would 100% recommend ko bakery , not just for the cake. But also.. the iced coffee was a huge hit! For someone like me that loves iced coffee all in all a GREAT buisness. And if we are ever back I would order a small cake just to have it! It was incredible! MAHALO!❤️❤️
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Not only did I need a cake for a birthday upon landing in Kauai, I also needed it delivered but failed to book in advance. I called Ko Bakery & spoke to Morris, who advised that the bakery would be closed on the day I needed the cake. Regardless, this man took my details even though the bakery would be closed, & he may not have a delivery driver, but said (and I quote) "would make it happen." The cake was gorgeous, on time for the birthday celebration & absolutely delicious. The customer service of Ko Bakery and Morris in particular was outstanding and unforgettable. I hope I make it back someday to support Ko Bakery again. Thank you, Morris!
Excellent everything. My favorites are white chocolate lilikoi scones and ham/cheese panini. Cakes are off the chart, make this your wedding cake location.
Last minute birthday cake order was a complete success.Very efficient online ordering process, customer service follow up, and the cake was beautiful & delicious.We look forward to more treats from this bakery and highly recommend ordering from them.

I have tried many a cold brew/toddy’s here on Kaua’i and in Seattle. The cold brew at Ko Bakery is my favorite. They’ve really done their research and the beans they use are a custom roast from Kaua’i Coffee. You gotta love local businesses supporting other local businesses! Not only is their coffee delicious, but their pastries are yummy too. Great for a quick breakfast or bringing to the office to share.
I got a special order of eclairs. Morris was very kind and accommodating. When we arrived they wrapped the eclairs since we wouldn't be eating them right away. 10/10 recommend!!!
Chic bakery, modern and very clean. The owner is super nice and ensures the best quality. Every item is delicious, you can’t go wrong. No wait time when I went.
