We are from Seattle and we are visiting Kauai, and Harley’s pork belly tinono is the best I have ever tasted, and I have tasted a lot of tinono pork belly in my life. Juicy, has lots of fat portions (which I like in a pork belly) and tender pork belly. The rice and mac are very delicious as well, and it goes great with the tinono. I highly recommend. We will definitely come back for more the next time we are in Kauai. Great job Harley’s.

Food is great, customer service is horrendous. I have called to place a order many of times just to get forward to the voice mail every time for the past 3 to 6 months
The lady that was working there was a disgusting human she was so rude and not welcoming she accused my daughter of stealing money out of their tip jar she told me I need to talk with my daughter like I wouldn’t have! I watched them mess with my food that I paid 70.00 for so I got in my car and left so I didn’t even get to taste the food but I would not recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy!!!!

Always a good go to for reliable and consistent food quality. My fav is the Pork tinono with spicy shoyu. Otherwise they have the usual fried popular and local type food.
We had the teriyaki beef and the teriyaki chicken- both were outstanding! It is located off the beaten path but well worth the trip to try out some local food. We came in January 2022 and there is no dine in right now, so we ate in our car in the parking lot, but the food was so good!
Picked up burgers and Cajun shrimp. Delicious!
