Just okay. ? We ordered the chicken and waffles and the stuffed shrimp benedict. Both dishes were over priced and very underwhelming. Waffles looked like they came from a box. Chicken was moist and tasted pretty good. Stuffed shrimp didnt taste bad but the texture was weird. Hollaindase sauce was very rich. Wont be back to this place which is sad because I really would have liked to try the stuffed french toast. But for the price and quality of food, I think Ill try some place else.
The place is popular. We went on a Sunday and had a 30 minute wait. Indoor tables are packed together. No outdoor seating. We had an odd encounter who we figure is the female co-owner. Her welcome was gruff to say the least...and a bit off putting. We later chatted with her and found her delightful. The food came out fast. Eggs, pancakes, sausage, standard stuff. It was fine. Nothing special. We paid and left, full but underwhelmed. We will not return.
Great little spot. It was a little busy when we showed up but we were seated right away. Our group of four all ordered different meals and they all came out quickly and cooked perfect. All four of us loved what we ate and the service was definitely 5 star.
We had breakfast here last week. Service was fast. Prices were good . i had the early bird breakfast: 2 eggs, sausage and hash browns $7.95. How can you beat that in HI ? My husband had the waffle platter. Delicious !

So good. Slower kitchen and staff so plan time accordingly.Coconut macadamia pancakes were fluffy and the syrup was very thick and taste more homemade than other syrups I've tried. Stuffed french toast is really good, and I normally don't like fresh toast because of the soggy bread eggy taste. But this is totally different, using island sweet bread and stuffed with berry cream cheese cream!
The cafe is small and there will likely be a wait but do not be discouraged. I appreciate that this restaurant respects veterans by offering them a free beverage!!The macadamia coconut pancakes are spongy, and the creme is delicious. I promise you have NEVER had pancakes as good as these. I had the stuffed shrimp eggs benedict which were delicious. My only wish was that they would have been served with a side of country potatoes. Honestly, this is one of a very few restaurants I would return to.
The food was great and came out quickly. The owner came and talked with us and asked where we were off too. I’m glad we tried a local business!!
Great spot for breakfast! That have some unique food choices and I really enjoyed the stuffed French toast. Fast service. The prices were a little high but I think that's the story for most of the restaurants on the island.
When we visit the islands, we try to eat as authentic and/or local as possible. This place checks those boxes. Locally sourced and heavy! I had the shrimp stuffed Benedict and it was incredible. Wife had the stuffed French toast and also gave it 2 thumbs up. Friendly, laid back vibe and not over the top touristy. Definitely a locals spot.
