Not great. An unfortunately terrible establishment. 45 mins before close... and they refused to make any new food. 5 items is all they had. No orange chk. Employees were visibly shaking with rage after I ordered. How hard is it to scoop already made food in a box.. why have an attitude about it with your customer? The food we ended up with was cold. Not even lukewarm, but actually cold. Two stars because thankfully our drive through server Michelle M was kind enough to give us an extra bag with like 40 hot sauces. Had to bargain with her like I was at a flea market for them. Apparently they have some kind of policy on not being able to give more, but at least she helped out a bit and now I have enough hot sauce to eat my cold food. This single experience has turned me off panda express forever, I will never eat there again... here or on the mainland. Good job, store 1569, good job.
this was awful. Michelle M was such an awful drive thru server. she yelled at me, A PAYING CUSTOMER, that we shouldn’t have came because they want to close early and go home. We had arrived at 8:30pm which is 1 hour before closing and i had to beg to order the food. it’s like she doesn’t care if she serves people because the money coming goes to the hard working owner and manager who has to deal with michelle while miss Michelle M gets her hourly wage (even extra because she’s closing early without her boss knowing). I will be complaining to corporate and getting this location shut down unless Michelle M is dealt with by the management at store 1569.

I love Panda but today is a bad bad day of their service.We waited for 30 mins. drive true for our food.It looks like only 1 person going at the parking lot and giving the orders.They even missed 1 of our orders so I went inside again and asked.I asked for extra fork to the lady and she said she gave in the bag already, I said Pls. I needed more bec.we order 5 and you only gave us 3 forks.Usually un Kahului Panda they don't ask and just give what the customer asking, I'm not gonna ask if I don't needed it.Hayyyy what a service?
We love panda express and we're glad to find one close to our resort in Maui. Its great place to grab something quick. This place has a drive through which was really fast. Good service.
The drive through is fast and efficient. The food is absolutely delicious.

I am just a tourist visiting for vacation and the staff here was very rude. I ordered around 8:30pm and they completely rushed and messed up my order/bag of food.They gave me the wrong items, there was spilt sauce that I did not ask for everywhere and I had no utensils or napkins to clean it up.Terrible sauce.
Good food, not too expensive compared to some other places. They were out of some foods though when I went.
