READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE I ordered two McDoubles and a large fry on the app for pickup. I went through the drive thru got my ordered I saw I was given two mchickens. I unwrapped them and pulled the sandwich apart to see if it was a burger in the wrong wrapper and surely enough it was Mchicken. I checked the other and it was also wrong. I went back inside fo show them they messed my order up, which I unwrapped and touched with my hands on the sandwich, I pulled them both apart to see them. The woman at the counter took them from me grabbed the sandwich with her hands and wrapped then back up and put them on the hot area to be served to the next customer. So me and her both had our hands on these sandwiches out of the wrapper and she felt it was ok to give them to someone else. If your worried about germs or covid or any form of sanitation this isn’t the place for you. They gave me my new burgers and I went about my way but someone that day was eating those sandwiches
Ok.. so yes there is not much to eat around these parts that is quick and affordable.Ok, yes there is a staffing issue,..Just make sure you check your order is placed correctly.Whether your in drivevthru orinside at kiosk, they have a hard time here for whatever reasons.All I know is you just gotta check your order because the efficiency and consistency is not there.Other than that, standard Mc Donald's with the employees really trying their best.✌️
Absolutely the worst customer service on the entire island. Restrooms are for customers only:understandable. However while waiting for my food (after ordering) I was walking to the bathroom and one of the elder workers slammed the bathroom door in my face. I asked her if it was closed (door was locked) and she replied “locked” and proceeded to walk away. Again I asked her if it was as closed in which she rolled her eyes and once again said “locked”. Mind you I had just ordered. The entire experience was met with below par employees. Was given my order without straws for the drinks in which I had to get the attention of an employee to just get straws. Overall you can definitely tell the employees not only hate their job but also very much hate customers. Local and visitors are treated the same. Horrible.Skip this chain fast food and opt for locally sourced food. You’ll be service with someone who is happy to service you and the food will taste a lot better.
Squishy to order inside and pickup takeout. There was a machine to self serve order inside but it seemed one gets faster service ordering in person. Too many people crammed into ordering and waiting for their order. Eat in area was roped off.
I think it's pretty funny that people complain so much about McDoanlds. It's McDonalds people, get over it. That being said, I've had my fair share of issues with this McDonalds, but the worst thing was just waiting for a while, but honestly, it's not even that bad. These people are working probably for not that much pay, are most likely understaffed, and probably don't want to be there any more than you want to be waiting there so get over it. It's like a 10% chance that they give me the wrong soda but I just go back in and ask for another and it's never a big deal.
The Haupia Pie at McDonald's may seriously be the most underrated food in Maui. I ordered two of these just on a whim and the family got in a fight. They are delicious Hawaii goodness in a box. We had to go back for more the next day, and will be going again tomorrow.As for this location, totally love it. The people tell me mahalo, so I appreciate that.If you want to live your best life, stop what you're doing, go to Maui, go directly to McDonald's, and order a Haupia Pie.
My boys really wanted to try the local breakfast which had rice, spam, Portuguese sausage and scrambled eggs. Very unusual buy good
Went through the drive through and got the complete wrong order. Not 1 thing was right. Went inside and told them and got an extremely rude response. They proceeded to help no joke 20 other customers before putting my orde together. Then they didn't include the extra hashbrown we ordered and said we didn't order it. Even after a wrong drive through order, making me wait an additional 15 minutes and then shorting me they couldn't even give me a hashbrown I originally ordered. Lazy lazy lazy
If I could find a way to give negative stars I would. I most definitely will be contacting both mc Donald's corporate office but also the owner of this location to ensure the true understanding of the lack ability to complete simple orders and how to respect customers walking in.
I was surprised to see Spam and Eggs on their menu, so I had to try it out. It was actually very good!
