Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in a long time!!. The food is still okay but the service is like you’re being punished for placing an order.. the lady working the drive thur and front needs to be fired asap!. My whole time in Maui not once did I encounter any problems at any other establishment besides here just poor service.
I wish the USA McDonald's had the rice plates with spam like this one does! Visiting Maui I said I won't eat what I can eat in USA but once I saw the rice and spam plates I stopped in daily.
Charged me at drive through, drive through has no way back to parking lot, but they still require that you wait in the parking lot for food. So you have to leave the store, then go a block around to get back to the parking lot.Waited in parking lot for 15 minutes for food. It never came out. Went into the store to get my food, and they tried to give me the wrong order. Asked for a refund, and they attempted to only do a partial refund.This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
You need Hawaiian menu in the McDonald’s, with Portuguese sausage and egg.
Ya gotta ask for everything from a packet of catsup to using the restroom. Watch your bill. They raised prices in register but not on menu board.
Great fresh McDonald's fries were nice and crisp the only thing I have to complain about they did not put any condiments forgot to catch up?

Drive through experience is stressful. Can’t get the order correct . This is not the first time . It’s mostly like this at other locations too

Since there's covid ordering through using the app is great! The daily coupons is amazing, people are so missing out without these. Their service was fast and are certainly knowledgeable to what their app offers.
