YES! Had a blast. The food is very tasty and I can’t imagine anyone would leave there hungry. Show is excellent. If you’re into shows and fun, I can’t recommend this one highly enough.
DONT LISTEN TO ANY OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND PLEASE GO TO THIS LUAU!! This was the highlight of our trip! The performers were amazing, as well as the host and stories. It is a beautiful way to understand Polynesian culture and the amazing Hawaiian traditions. Thank you for this stunning night! :)
Hyatt has to stop giving the guests their employee hotel food.Improve their meet & greet photo opportunity pictures. The quality of the pictures are poor.Five Stars for unlimited drinks from the bar. The salad / appetizers were tasty.Five Stars for the Hawaiian necklace gift, chocolates, and the pineapple cake.Four Stars for the Luau, the show was great. Nice music and traditional dancing, we seen better. One Star for the welcome group photo: picture print quality was poor / marginal. There was a blur in our complimentary photo.Zero Zero Stars for dinner: the beef was tough, it tasted like leftover food. I had to cut the small piece of beef with a hack saw. The pork was tasteless. The fish was so-so / average and the vegetables were better. We paid over $400 for 2 people and sorry to say the food was terrible.
We had a fantastic experience! So much culture and knowledge passed on through one evening. My children 6 and 9 were fully engaged the entire evening. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. It was my birthday and they made me feel special with a program with my name on it and made an announcement about it during the ceremony. I would highly recommend this luau! Such a beautiful evening.
What a beautiful evening we had! The entertainment was top of the line and the beautiful Hawaiian prayer before the dinner was special! Food was awesome and service top notch! We had Jai as our server and he was very attentive and shared his warm Aloha with us. We would recommend this to anyone who wants a beautiful evening of experiencing true Hawaii
My husband and I got married 2/22/22 on Maui and wanted to treat our attendees to a luau the following evening. From the beginning, everything was spectacular. Monica, the luau sales manager, went above and beyond to ensure that all 22 of us were seated together and had an amazing time. They even gave us a shout out and put our names on programs! The food was amazing, the drinks were great, and the servers were outstanding. Everything about the luau far exceeded my expectations, I am so happy we chose this one over the many other options! Our guests are STILL talking about it weeks later!
Great service, awesome food, wonderful show! Highly recommend!
Me and my fiancé went to drums of the pacific just a week ago. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and knew that this was a popular yet tourist attraction really so our expectations were reasonable. Good stuff: show was great and the artists are so talented. Staff was attentive, quick and always there when we needed them for anything we wanted. Drinks were delicious. Scenery is great and you don’t face the sunset. We booked early and not VIP but our seats were great. Bad stuff: I’m sorry to say the food for what you pay is not great. Chicken bland and pork too salty. It’s expensive so unless the performers are making a killing (I’d love to hope so) then if what You pay for is the food then it’s over priced. Glad we did it wouldn’t do it again.
The whole experience was beautiful. The drinks were amazing, the food was excellent and the show was breathtaking ?? ? highly recommend it.
Unfortunately no, the food seemed to be prepared via Suve. It was grey and no one bothered putting grill marks on the meats. Not to mention the taste was bland at best. Don’t waste your money.
