So maybe not the healthiest choice of restaurants or take out options, but the food was good. If you are looking for a greasy spoon to cure your hangover or need to quench your fair food cravings this joint is the spot. Maybe not a place I would frequent or go out of my way to visit again, however it’s much better than other fast food options nearby and the servers are pleasant.
While I didn’t mind my ‘fish ‘n chips’ order, my wife wasn’t a fan of her teriyaki chicken salad. It didn’t come with salad dressing and the chicken was very gristly. My Fish ‘n Chips was heavily deep fried.Da Nani Pirates was my choice, and based on my wife’s experience, not a good choice. For us it was a one and done.
We got ahi tuna salad and chicken with rice and macaroni salad and rice. They are a food truck that does a wonderful job of taking a large amount of orders and processing them quickly. The other food also looked great.
I love calamari some we order the plate. The macaroni was one of the best that we have tried but the calamari was not that special. Calamari was very oily and did not have flavor to it. I was surprised that this food truck did not have any soy sauce too.
Great food well prepared, great tasting and a solid value. The staff are nice. Keep in mind that the ventilation that use might make it difficult for them to hear you.
Fire, straight up the best quality food for the price around. From the shrimp to the chicken to the fish there's nothing better for this place right here.
The fish tacos are to die for. Multiple in party had them grilled and all raved on how great. In food truck park so everyone can find their own taste.
We visited the Da Nani Pirates food truck in Whalers Village. It had amazing garlic shrimp plate dinners. You got a lot of shrimp and the macaroni salad was incredible, as well as the rice. The pulled pork tacos were delicious too! We also tried the fish sandwiches were great as well. This food is as good as anything you would get in a restaurant. Well worth giving them a try!!
