Left a bad taste (literally)The island coffee that everyone is raving about is nothing to write home about. Looking at all the reviews, I specifically ordered 30 min before and when I got there (40 min later) they weren’t ready. And the coffee tasted bland, almost as if a dollar coffee. Not worth $7 at all. Save yourself time and money and avoid it.
I walked across the street several mornings to get good coffee for my wife and I. Friendly person at the counter and great coffee. I miss it and ordered a shirt because how could I resist a shirt with an ass on it that said bad ass.
The name says it all! Our condo is next door so it is an easy walk for coffee then across the road to enjoy by the beach. Prices are good and if you want merch those prices are good too! Got a fun sweater for $20
Each year for the past sixteen when visiting West Maui I make it a special treat to drop in for a cup of the very best blends of coffee I’ve ever had at Bad Ass coffee in Lahaina. The owner operator is wonderful and can give you the what not to miss during your island visit. Awesome service and hilarious tee shirts. ?

Excellent coffee. I had the espresso and it was brewed perfectly with Kona coffee. Excellent blend of light sweet with bitter undertones. The line out the door tells the story. Good service. Lots of paraphernalia. Fun stop.
Nothing special besides that name, coffee was boring the lady staff member working the day I went I in surely doesn't like her job or people. My wife ordered coffee but the lady attitude was so off putting that I skipped on ordering as she killed my mood. There's 4 things on the menu and than "you can add flavored syrup to it" as she told us. But nothing impressive about this place at all.
