Came here for lunch after Black Rock beach, we got the fried rice and volcano chicken. Everything was delicious, staff was welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend stopping here!
FAV FOOD TRUCK!!The food is truly as good as it looks! We got the Volcano and Hurricane chicken along with fried rice. All amazing! Only thing I would change is to have more sauce, otherwise it’s mostly just the chicken. So maybe ask for more sauce, as will I, in the future! Sadly my photo below shows partly eaten food because it just smelled too good to not eat a little on the ride home! Still amazing :)Update:We asked for more sauce the next time we went and the food was absolutely perfect.
Aloha Braised Food Truck was my favorite place to eat here on Maui! It was SO incredibly delicious. Everything we ordered was top notch!
Must try !!!!! If you see this review just stop and go try it !! We loved everything we ordered, even my picky son loved the chicken ! There’s def some love and pride put into the food. We had food at various locations ( expensive to small local place) this was the best meal we had while we were here. We try to support as many local places as we can ! So please skip the expensive hotel restaurants ( son steak house in Hyatt’s disappointed us ) please support the local Hawaiian ! This is def a must try !!

There are so many local Hawaiian places here that it is hard to narrow down the best one or two. But if there is one aloha braised is surely near the top of the list a places you MUST eat at.It's a little food truck parked on the entryway to a local Hawaiian grocer and it might not look like much but man it brings the flavor. There are many things that are tempting to try but if there's one that I wouldn't miss it would be the braised pork belly loco Moco.
Love this place! Price is reasonable and tastes delicious. We ordered the volcano and mochiko chicken. Must check them out if you are in Lahaina.

Tried volcano chicken, furikake fish and fish with lemon crater. Everything is absolutely delicious. Mind blowing presentation and taste. True hawaiian food. Must try in Maui.
