Cashier recommended the Chicken Enchiladas and it was sooooo bomb! The flavor is deep, and the dish was seasoned very well. The green salsa really makes the dish pop! Honestly, this can hold its own against any Mexican restaurant. It blows my mind that this quality of food comes from a food truck, and in Maui of all places. Skip the restaurants in Maui and come here. You won't be disappointed ?
Delicious, fresh Mexican “taco truck” style food. We had the fried chicken quesadillas and the tacos Dorados (sort of like big taquitos). My daughters are fairly picky and they were kind enough to make them some plain quesadillas which they loved. The beans and rice that come with the quesadillas were excellent, and the two homemade salsa’s were both amazing.
To be honest, I didn't think we would find good Mexican food in Maui, but we came across Adriana's and it exceeded my expectations. We tried the chicken enchiladas and they were ??. I love a good salsa verde and this one hit all the right notes
Excellent! Authentic Mexican with super friendly staff. Everything is made fresh. Tons of vegetarian options and kid friendly. We had the dorado tacos, fried quesadillas, and enchiladas. Highly recommend.
Oh yah... great sauces on good stuff ... shrums and spuds added to enchiladas ?

This was literally our favorite place to eat on the island. We went to probably 10 different restaurants over the course of a week. This is the only place we wanted to eat at twice. Great tacos, rice, tacos dorados.
This place is soooo good. Everything I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious. If you’re thinking about eating here…do it! You won’t be disappointed.
Terrific food truck across from the bank in Lahaina. Very kind and attentive service. Menu is slightly different between lunch and dinner. Tacos dorados and quesadillas are not available at lunch but the options are still wonderful. Food is fresh and the sauces are terrific.
