5 cars in drivethrough waiting, me, and 2 card pulled off to side waiting for food only to find out they closed 50 min early. Worst part was the employees. The woman just ignored me as I waited by the pickup window to see why no one prompted me at the order screen. Than a young man appeared, unlocked the window, and with a huge smile on his face said "we closed". Drove away and snapped a pick as even more cars lined up to eat. Not cool. Not cool at all.
Fast drive thru. The workers are on it. They are always out of the Baja Blast. Ended up ordering the Baja Freeze in a LARGE and it comes in a MEDIUM size cup. It’s the not same size as the regular drinks for some weird reason?? My group ordered a good amount through the drive thru and all I got was the nacho fries for myself but it gave me a sore stomach.
Way overpriced! Especially when they cant even fulfill an order properly. Not to mention the popular items they removed from their menu that is now extremely limited. Do yourself a favor and find a local foodtruck and do not patron taco bell. I would much rather give my money to a local food vendor that i know will appreciate it and i will feel satisfied with my food as opposed to giving my money to an overpriced multi-billion dollar company that will not make my food properly, and give me less than adequate proportions of food for my money.
Nice location in Kihei. The food is always hot and prepared well. The staff is very nice and easy going and they do a great job of managing the line.
Ever since they removed the green onions in the name of political correctness, they've consistently inched their way down the totem pole of fast food. This one in Kihei, even though they moved, is lackluster. When you don't have actual Mexicans making the whitewashed Mexican food, all is lost. That's what you'll find here. Whitewashed, lackluster, and missfire on what's expected. You're in Hawaii. Turn around, leave, and have some moco loco. There's a Mexican word in that at least.
ALWAYS leaves out items, requiring you to drive back and go inside, drink is always something weird. It wasn't bad when doordash delivered, but they have stopped that for some reason. They don't want to be good I guess.
Good customer service fast and good food I love it there, the drive thru is a little wild but hey you can't have everything lol
Hawaii knows how to do it! Sooooo much nacho cheese I could swim in it. Will fly from CA any day to have the quality crunch wrap I just devoured. I will be back! Mahalo
Lady at the drive through window swiped my first card said it was declined, swiped my second card and she said again it was declined. Ended up paying cash and after checking both of my cards they were each charged the amount for the meal. Essentially paid for the meal 3 times and now have to dispute the charges.
Gracie helped me she was super nice,my order was finished in less time than expected, will definitely be back.
