Hands down the worst coffee in Kihei. After trying 3 days in a row I will never go back. Lukewarm and weak 1st day even though I ordered a dark drip with a shot of espresso. Day 2 double tall latte xtra hot was mediocre weak. Day 3 triple tall latte xtra hot & it actually tasted worse than day one. Too bad it’s the only coffee shop open at 5am. Seriously disappointing
A typical Starbucks near Kamahala park. The view isn't too great, no cream or sugars out but they'll do it for you by request. Current mask mandate in place but there's an outside deck and the birds are beautiful and friendly.

Honestly this place deserves 0 for their manager Debby and her rude attitude. My friend bought ice coffee from here earlier this morning and came back for a refill, and she was being ill mannered. He’s have been going to Starbucks for many years and have been able to constantly get a refill of his ice coffee in a breeze. Debby, though, was being ill mannered, rude and unreasonable and clearly did not know anything about how to handle people. She denied him and started arguing with him and got mad when he was saying that he’s been getting it without any issues from any Starbucks store. She told him to call corporate. She even said he was lying and that he didn’t get coffee be there, but behold, he showed her the receipt. Needless to say, he’ll be reporting her to corporate.
Terrible place! Feels like staff doesn't want to help you. Very very slow, as if no one has energy to work apart from dark haired lady. Blond hair guy was pretty rude. Most importantly, don't get anything from the top display (sandwich, etc) ...has flies. Upon complaining, the customs services person said that the other customers doesn't care. I wish I could attach the video which I recorded. Never going there again.

There is something nice about any shop or eatery that remembers you even if a year or more has passed. We frequent this Starbucks while on Maui and that is part of the reason. Customer service matters!
