We are regular customers. Generally food is above average. Service is always great. Seems there are new cooks? Quality has definitely diminished.

Best fajitas Iâve had! Food was amazing and service was great.
Tasty specialty margaritas (mango and hibiscus this time), perfectly crisp pescadillas without being dry (every time!), delicious street tacos and shrimp cocktail with good-sized prawns and fresh, well-seasoned cocktail sauce. Roasted Chilis never disappoints!
Dinner was delicious as always. Great specialty margaritas and the mole chicken rojo is awesome.
This place is a gem. Have eaten there a few times. The carne asada is amazing.
Roasted Chiles did not disappoint on our second visit. The food was still very good (entrees: enchiladas langostino, beef quesadillas and mahi mahi fajitas; oniones con camarones appetizer). The desserts we had this time (tres leches cake and flan) were also very good. In short, very good food, good cocktails, great service and a very good value for Maui.
The food, service, quality, and the price was outstanding. The only thing was that we where surprised that on a Friday night the restaurant ran out of guacamole. We drove to the nearest market and bought a few containers of guacamole to support our dishes for a table of 8. Everything else was outstanding.
