Everything that could go right, went right. From the very nice person at the counter to the quickness of the pizza being made they did an exceptional job. As additional positive the pizza was delicious. We ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni lovers and couldn't have been happier. Thanks to the entire team. (P.S. we just walked in and ordered at the counter.)
We ate here only because it was the only open food place when our flight arrived. Very strict about only two people in the store at one time; we honestly did not feel very welcome. Pizza was atypical Pizza Hut.
The quality of the pizza is very consistent and they always meet the estimated time of orders placed. Social distancing and mask wearing are strongly enforced and the staff is kind and firm about ensuring compliance.
So I don't normally like pizza hut at home and go for local shops. This was close by and I have to say it may have changed my mind. I like to support local but this pizza hut is great!
We ordered online through door dash and our entire order was abysmal. BBQ chicken pizza came with practically no cheese, no sauce, no flavour. Was hard as rock, and looked and tasted like cardboard. The cheese pizza we ordered, we added mushrooms ham and pineapple, and the pizza came with almost no toppings. Our driver got all the way to our complex, and decided to drive all the way back for the Diet Pepsi that was missing, which was another 20 minutes we had to wait for the pizza. Not only that but he was given regular Pepsi when we asked for diet. My husband is diabetic and the pop was specifically for him so that was nice. The wings were undercooked, and on top of all that we were given zero sauce (which we ordered) so we couldn’t even attempt to make the horrible pizza taste a little better. Probably the worst pizza we have ever eaten, definitely not up to pizza huts standards were used to. We tried to reach out through door dash because we are expecting full compensation and they gave us a measly $25 credit. Worst experience and worst food. Would never order here again.

Two times ordered curbside, both times I waited for a long time before having to get out and walk into store. This is after leaving 20% tip online, not pleased will not leave tip next time if there is one
Ordering online was simple and quick. I got to use my rewards points and received a free medium pizza. Also the order was ready within 15mins for pick up.
We ordered the stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, bacon and pineapple. The pepperoni portion was small about 1-2 pieces in each slice. I could barely tell there was bacon on there and a few pieces of pineapple. By the time I paid for delivery, tax, tip this was a $37 dollar pizza. I have had better for that price. I could have went to a gourmet pizza establishment and had a better pizza.
