Simply INCREDIBLE!!!!We did not plan to eat here at all. It looked cute, they had great music and we stopped for "just a snack". The food was so incredible that we ended up getting more food and staying here for dinner. It was amazing!
New favorite treasure on this island! We only had enough room in our bellies to try one dish (the Piska ceviche mixto) but it was sooooo sooo good. Will have to make another pilgrimage here before departing back to California.Delicious dish, beautiful presentation, and well balanced flavors. I've had a lot of ceviche (both Peruvian and Mexican) and this is one of the standouts. The mastery behind each ingredient deserves as additional star. The rice was fluffy and flavorful, not a grain out of place. The shrimp was beautifully prepared. The octopus had a good acid-brined bite. The fish was cut carefully and evenly. The plantain chips were a nice addition and avocado mousse added that well craved fattiness.Overall - Give it a shot next time you're on Maui.
Great local food truck that features Ecuador food with Hawaii's island touch or vice versa. The Ecuadrean chicken stew is super yummy, tender well cooked, off-the-bone chicken, crispy plantain chips, tomato, and avocado moose. Seafood ceviche is also super yummy, octopus, a type of fish I can't name, shrimp.We would like to come back one day again before we head back to Seattle. We definitely like to support local business and coming back again is a great way.
I was nervous about ceviche at food truck…it was amazing!! Get the Pisa ceviche! Delicious!!!
So delicious, very filling and worth the price! Food was ready in less than two minutes and the staff was very friendly.

Been loving these guys since they opened last year. Menu has changed a little but still incredible food and nice people. Love the vibes. they have music and a bunch of little tables in the back. They even have corn hole! I love ceviche!!

Eaten here many times and AMAZING!! Can’t believe I don’t have any photos actually, but next time. Look forward to their new location in Kihei (opening next week?)! GREAT founders and team, and love the authentic Ecuadorean touch and to try ceviche another style. I love popcorn too!Also their chocolate is the best, loved the different flavors and brought me back to my trip to Ecuador years ago and trying all the flavors :) Authentic, delicious, and fun vibes!
