Lilikoi pizza was delicious. Looks simple but taste delivered. We took it to our condo and everyone enjoyed!
This pizza is not as good as Pizza Hut. It's unevenly cooked, and it needs more sauce and more liberal toppings. As others have noted, service varies a lot based on timing. We waited an hour, in part because there was a mixup, which happens. The staff were kind and helpful despite the disappointing experience.
The only reason it gets any stars is that the quality was good. By that, I mean the quality of the crust… What we received, looked nothing like the pictures. Toppings were so sparse we thought they completely forgot them at first glance. Cheese was minimal which I prefer but in thus case the cheese wasn’t hiding toppings, there just were almost none… 2 of the pieces of Lilikoi pork pizza, didn’t even have any pork on them. The basil pizza was great tasting but not enough on it. Again, good quality, but they need 3x the toppings for the price paid and to meet the precedent set by others pictures or website description.
Great pizza. You should call ahead though. They get very busy. Even if there’s no one standing there, they could be backed up for 45 minutes. Absolutely worth it though!
The kalua pork and lilikoi pizza is amazing Can someone please tell me where to get it in West Oahu. Please. I have asked my local connects and taxi drivers. No clue about the gas.do I need to make an offer to franchise. Less go. The people need to know
Fantastic pizza and the pizza guys a hoot. Wood fired oven in the sun! Reasonable price and fresh ingredients. A must try in Maui.
Food was amazing and the service was absolutely fantastic! We had a great chat with the manager of the truck while she cooked our pizza’s and had some great laughs! Thanks again for the great food and company! -Seth
We missed our chance in July (2021) but made sure we didn't miss it again in January (2022) and I'm glad we made a point to go here. Yea, we saw it on DDD, and it's everything we expected. I judge how good a pizza place is based on their pepperoni pizza and this one was awesome. Crust is perfect, sauce is perfect, everything was great! We also ordered the white cheddar with mushrooms pizza and that thing still has me bragging about it two months later. Do yourself a favor and stop by and get a pizza or two!
I recommend calling and ordering ahead. The pizza was pretty good but frankly they need another employee. Their boss showed up and asked for 3 pizzas pronto which set the guys making pizza back by fifteen minutes (they were already behind an hour because they were getting so many orders). Then finally when our pizza was ready he called and asked for another two. Definitely offside as the crew was slammed. A third person taking orders would help.
Absolutely spectacular! We tried 3 pizzas from the island favourites side of the menu, Maui Onion, Mushroom Alfredo, and Pesto. They were all delicious. I was just shocked at the amount of vegetarian options for pizza. It was such a nice change. The dough was hand tossed and the end result of the crust was just delectable.I couldn't suggest this place more!
