Edward was a delight to talk to, he helped us navigate the menu (lots of options!) and gave great suggestions. We got the dragon roll and black mamba roll. The food was amazing and it was plated beautifully.
Amazing sushi & service!! The staff were very knowledgeable about the sushi & gave very good recommendations. The rolls were super big & filling & had amazing flavours! Highly recommend eating here while you are in Maui!
Delicious!!! Fish was super fresh! Got the more unique rolls and they ended up being great. Definitely recommend for a casual/quick dinner!!!

I’ve been to Oao sushi a couple of times and every time I’ve gone I have an awesome experience. The staff is kind Courteous and knowledgeable. If I have any questions they are always more then happy to help. Don’t even get me started on the excellent Quality of the fish. All in all a great place to dine.
Solid sushi stop! Large variety of option in menu, fish is fresh caught and local, staff was extremely friendly, and wasabi was best I've had so far. My partner also appreciated the vegetarian options and loved the pickled ginger. If I were to provide a recommendation, the proportions of the nigiri and rolls could be increased just a bit :)
Hands down the best sushi I've ever had! Loved that they have an entire vegan menu, and the guys working the food truck are super nice!

Found Oao Sushi Go at the food truck venue. Wow were we glad we stopped by. Chef J.R. was so nice and obviously excited and proud of his creations. We got the Firecracker and Spicy Crunch Dragon roll, lick the plate excellent. J.R.’s sushi was way better than the other standard place we’ve been going to for 20 years. He makes amazing platters to go. Could not be happier to have found this place. Good luck J.R. and it was really nice to meet you. Mahalo!
