Managers sucks.. Lele the manager is very unprofessional she need to be trained and know the importance of customer service. I don’t she knows that
Order was incorrect and not fixed. Food tasted ok, but they did not get the drink order correct. Also we were lacking two orders of fries.
Why does this McDonald’s consistently close early? Came here after work at 11:30pm and all the lights were off, however cars in the parking lot and clearly some employees in the building. Online and on the building it says open 24 hours. Not to mention every other McDonalds is open 24 hours. With only two drive through options here in Kihei this McDonalds really needs to get it together!
What can I say, it's McDonalds. However, I've had the least amount of issues at this McDonalds compared to most on the island. The drive thru can get pretty busy at times, but like I said, it's McDonalds, its not their fault.
Ordered the crispy chicken which I have had before and enjoyed. This time the chicken was anything but crispy and the bun was hard. The sandwich was barely warm. This was at 12:30pm so they must have over prepared for the noon hour.
This location closes early. Not available for food past like 10 1030pm. Anywhere I've gone McDonald's is 24 hours. Would recommend going somewhere else
Got a fish combo today 1-2 hrs later. Food poisoning!!! Can't stop running out of "BOTH " Ends at same freaking time!!!Feeling like sh_ _ ! Every time I try that place 1hr. Later get runs. But this time was too much!!! Never going back again!Not even trying to give it 1 star!!!!
Best McDonald's I been to everything fresh they had my favorite eggs and Spam with white rice I wish the did this in Philly ?
It's McDonald's. You know exactly what you're getting when you go to one. This particular one was closed inside due to the mandate. Drive thru line was long but moved fast.
This place is so hit and miss. You either get through fast with your food or the line is out to the road. I've had really nice people wait on me and then I've had them argue with me because they tried to give me someone else's food and didn't want to believe me when I pointed to my actual food. Thank goodness I kept my receipt and the manager was there to help
