This place is great. Huge portions, wide variety of items, and the staff is super friendly and orders come out super fast! It is located in a shopping center next to an ABC Store, Starbucks and Cold Stone Creamery. This place saved our first night on the island!!!

Great Kalua pork and cabbage, which is what I wanted coming to the islands. Fast with Door dash and still hot when it arrived to my hotel.
This is closer to 3.5 than a 4. Good value and price but falls short in terms of quality. We ordered a mixed plate combo with fried shrimp, fried Mahi Mahi and BBQ chicken. For $15, you get a massive amount of food that could feasibly feed two people. That is to say - 5-6 fried shrimps, two pieces of Mahi Mahi and 2-3 chicken thighs, 2 mounds of rice, mac salad and coleslaw. Rice was a bit mushy and the coleslaw was coarsely chopped without any dressing. Mahi Mahi was a bit fishy tasting. As fast food, it hits its mark but lacks the attention to detail seen with plate lunches offered by food trucks.

Stopped in to grab a bite and settled on the Seafood Combination Plate. It comes with a few pieces of shrimp, fried mahi mahi, and a choice of a bbq item. I got the short ribs which were ok. The fried mahi mahi was edible but for $17 you cant beat the amount of food you get especially in Maui. All plates also come with a side of rice and macaroni salad. Not sure if it's just me but I've noticed the Hawaiian style macaroni salad is always bland. I've tried this from several different businesses and the lack of flavor is consistent with this style of side dish. Nevertheless, food was pretty good, service was fast, staff was friendly and able to answer questions and give recommendations. This is probably one of the few places you will find the best bang for you buck on this exploited island of tourism.
We eat here at least once per visit, I always have the Kahula pork. It is always good. Live the Mac salad.
First time having Lau Lau and it didn’t disappoint. Very good and the leaves had a very nice earthy taste - almost like cassava leaves.
Great food.. but unfortunately they closed early, the lady who was still in the store said they to tired and closed the door early.Well I think if that’s the case please change your time to 8pm or 7pm for closing.
I stumbled on this place by accident but was hoping to have BBQ chicken for dinner so figured I would give it a shot. The result was a pleasant suprise. The service was fast, portion was nice size, taste was excellent and price reasonably
