The customer service was amazing but our egg rolls were completely cold and mini tacos super fresh. Maybe next time.

Do you enjoy getting cussed at in Filipino? Do you enjoy getting incorrect orders 5/7 times? Do you like asking for BBQ sauce and getting buttermilk? Do you enjoy spending money somewhere you are disrespected and laughed at as they purposely mess up your order? Go to this jack in the box at night. The woman there jdgaf. This is the slowest Jack in the box I've ever been to in my entire life..this is horrible. Customers service? Do you have staff here? There is a line down down the street and yall don't even know how to make an order. Does the regional/district manager even work? This place is busy af. Don't even tell me you don't have people. Do staffing. This is ridiculous. And no, I am not a tourist. People are leaving their cars in line to figure out what's going on. This place is a shot show
Not open 24 hours, at midnight the drive through is closed and the doors are locked, lights are on, and the internet says they are open. Good ol Maui!
Really really bad. There was vomit on the floor inside last time I went in with no hazard cones or signs around it and the staff knew it was there and seemingly had no intention of cleaning it up. This time, the drive thru order taker spoke a few words of English, I got the wrong order, and the iced coffee was hot, burnt coffee poured in a plastic cup with a few ice cubes added. Gross. And I was charged $2 extra for adding ice to hot coffee. Really bad. Never go to this Jack in the Box. Go to ABC deli on Alanui instead. Way better food and service and lower prices.
This location is good...when its open. When open, the servers are nice, quick and accommodating. However, I have been here a few time late at night when either they are closed or the grill is down. I would go back but they have a few things to work on.
