This is a perfectly good burger place, but don’t go with high expectations.I got the breakfast burger. It was well cooked and the bun was soft. It was pretty greasy. I also got the kolohe fries. I’d get them again if I remembered to order them crispy. They were very soft and it quickly turned into a potato salad.Overall, a great burger considering its located in a convenience store.
There's an increasing trend of restaurants finding their homes in gas stations (for whatever reasons I don't know). Yet despite these oddities, the food at these places tends to be outstanding. Havens is no different.We got the Paniolo smash burger and the dry noodle. The smash burger was good - it was quite large and the balance of flavours was well constructed.The dry noodle though is mind-blowing. It's hard to put into words exactly why it's so good. Likely it's a culmination of intense wok-hei (that smoky, wok-seared flavour), a garlic chili oil for the stir fry, an abundance of aromatics and impeccable preparation of each ingredient in the stir fry. The egg strips had an ethereal, bouncy texture akin to that of something between an omelette and a flan. It was so good that we got another plate for the road. And the leftovers were almost as amazing 3 hours in. Just keep in mind that they don't have the noodle dishes in their new Kahului location.If you've read this far, do yourself a favour by paying them a visit. I can assure you that you won't regret it. The dry noodle is stellar and this is up there among the best stir fry noodles from any Asian restaurant I've visited in the past.
As of 2021 my favorite place for a burger on Maui. Only complaint is no being in Lahaina! The Crazy tots what you wanna get too.
Not exactly gas station food but it’s by one. I tried the smoked ahi Mac salad and the deluxe burger. Smoked ahi Mac salad has sweet peas in it but it’s good. The deluxe burger had way more flavor than I expect. It was yummy. Could’ve used a little more OG sauce but still flavor filled.
Excellent little place inside the Shell gas station. The burger is solid if not extraordinary, juicy and flavorful. The star of the meal is definitely the Mahi burger, which has a thick slice of seared rare fish with a tasty slaw on top. The fries are good too, kind of remind me of In-N-Out animal fries.
Smash burgers are great! A little messy but the taste is really good. They can get a little busy, which is a sign that it must be good, so you can try to place a phone order as well.
I've been to this place many times and the food is awesome. Today they made ONE mistake on my order and offered to replace the food AND refund me. I declined the refund because they are nice people so when I showed up they had a huge bag of free food for me more than what I even originally ordered. I'd say that is great service 10/10.
Worst chow fun I have ever eaten. Small portion drenched in oyster sauce. $19 is a rip off. Mrs sodas $5 bowl had more n tasted delicious. I will never go there again.

My travel companion craved the fried noodles and kimchi tots from Havens after trying them once. Definitely a great choice for a tasty meal!I only wish there were more non-pork noodle options!
