After a walk on the beach for sunset we headed over to these foodtrucks, I ordered the Marinated BBQ Chicken. I loved the Cilantro and lime flavors, it was an amazing dish, and one of my top 5 meals I ate while on the island. Sadly I was so hungry that I ate it all before I stopped to take a photo.

There are a couple vegetarian options that are $14 a piece and done well. The noodles are so good.

Probably one of the best thai foods we've had - and it was from a food truck! They were able to make us vegan dishes: druken noodles and pad Thai both with tofu. The portions were great and we were able to save some for the following day as well. The flavors and taste was really good! We went during dinner time and there was a bit of a wait (about 20-25 min) and the the prices were average. We ended up going to their other location as well which was near the airport, but their portions were a lot smaller for the same price. Highly recommend the Kihei location.

Chicken pad thai was delicious, fish sliders in lilikoi buns were inspired. Some of the best food we’ve had on Maui.

Legit! Great taste, nice and spicy as well. Fast service… Good prices… Not lying when I say this was one of my favorite meals in the area!

Definitely one of the best Thai food trucks around. We had a vegan drunken noodles and a vegan pad Thai. The chef did a great job, it was really well made. And decent portions as well. We saved it for lunch the next day.Highly recommended!

The website for this food truck advertises closing hours at 9 p.m. and on Trip Advisor it is advertised as closing at 8 p.m. We went to the food truck to order just after sunset and the server said they had taken the last order of the evening before closure and would not take our order . When I asked the time she admitted it was 7:13 p.m. It would be great if they would take the time to update their hours and be transparent about the timing of the last orders. Needless to say we will not be returning here.

So we decided to try the food truck right outside worldmark! We have always eaten at the blue one but decided to give the yellow one try. So we walk up to the window to order and the young lady looks at me and I say I would like a shrimp pad Thai regular one coconut shrimp and spring rolls. She says we are on lunch! Mind you it’s 1:22 in the afternoon and they just opened a little bit ago. So I said what time will you be off lunch her reply was I don’t know maybe in 30 minutes. Wow unsure of when lunch was over missed out on a 50 dollar order. So we left and ordered from the blue truck. Never again would I even go back to yellow one. I went to pool area in worldmark and told everyone not to go visit them. They clearly don’t care about business.

Best Thai Cuisine in all the Island in Hawaii. It is way better than I expected. You should try. Strongly recommend!!!

We stopped by the brick and mortar but it was closed for renovations so we headed over to the food truck nearby instead. The food took about 15 minutes with only one order ahead of us, but it was worth it! The Pad Thai was saucy and spicy and delicious. The shrimp fried rice was also super flavorful and well above average. The menu is pretty extensive for a food truck! I would have loved to try the drunken noodles or pad see ew as well!
