Service here was better than town! Food is great!
New location, here 3 yrs. Great mall too!Best laulau ever...be sure to check menu online as variety offering changes. We ordered two mini lau lau plates to eat there & couldn't finish. Ordered 3 pork & 1 chicken laulau to go, plus one pound of excellent kalua pork (tastes authentic, smoky like cooked in imu, not wet like cooked in crockpot). Lomi so fresh & ono!
We decided to try this on our way home from Haleiwa. We are not Hawaiians and this was def not to our likingHowever, if you like Hawaiian comfort food, I think this would be a good place. However, I am a Haole, so you are on your own.
Best lau lau I’ve ever had, and the pipikaula was perfection! The chicken long rice i got kinda tasted dry like it was the bottom of the barrel, but I’m willing to try again because the rest of the food was absolute perfection. Seriously, BEST lau lau.
Always great Hawaiian food here!! I had Uncle Al's Hawaiian bento. (I think ? that's what it was called) It wasn't a big plate, because I don't eat much. It was perfect!! I bought 1/2 pound of roasted turkey tails, too. I also got their li hing mui gummy bears for dessert. That was so yummy!!I love the fact that their located in Kapolei. I don't have to drive downtown to eat delicious Hawaiian food...
This is not a fish market! Actually a restaurant serving local hawaiian food for takeout or dine in. Good lau lau, kahlua pork and sides. Decent affordable prices.
If you want to try local foods this is the place. Recommend the combination plater as it gives you a taste of a lot of stuff.
My girlfriend and I went in, spent over $65 on food and I got food poisoning right after we left. Last time, never again
Buh-RAH! Three words:BrokeDaMouth(in English that means it's phenomenally good)
I think the LauLau was very moist and the smokiness of the meat was very good. The Kalua pig was also very Ono.A 5 Star from me.
