Second visit to this Wendy's in the past month, another bad experience. Medium fry was filled about 20% full, ordered a frosty and got no spoon, no napkins, no straw. Food was all cold and stale, and the sugar cookie I got was hard and crumbly. Such a disappointment, and we waited half an hour in the drive-thru line to get it. $15 gets you so much more elsewhere.

Terrible. Tell me how I order extra dipping sauce just to have them not give me any? I order a four piece nuggets, don’t get it. I order a root beer, they give me a dr pepper. This was all at 9:00pm, drive thru not busy, no one in line, and still can’t get my order right. This isn’t the first time either.
Ok, went there to see if there fries are better than McDonald's!!! Sadly ?, they are not !! Order two small fries, one with salt and one without salt... they both didn't have any salt and although the fries were hot, they could have been cooked a little bit longer!! I will not be going back to Wendy's any time soon!!!
Can't go wrong with the chicken nuggets combo...gotta have that Dr. Pepper too...

Second time the sandwich tastes like it’s been sitting on a counter for 45 min. Fries were soggy and cold. There was a gallon of mayonnaise on my sandwich as well, figured the short order cook would be trained as too what a normal about of mayonnaise is…. Literally like 4 spoon fulls. Disappointed
Used to be my favorite Wendy's to go to. Now I'm disappointed. 3rd order via drive thru that items on my order were missed. The staff has changed over the years. Just in recent months it seemed to have gone downhill. Missed burgers, wrong combo, missing straws/ eating utensils/ condiments. Never have I been so disappointed in this location. Management also please train your employees in good customer service, especially at the pickup window. Right now I'm not feeling to recommend this location to anyone.
Food was hot & delicious. Cashier & food expiditer was friendly & courtious.
